CORPORATE
ACCOUNTS & WEB ORDER ENTRY
Corporate Accounts receive special corporate pricing,
and the ability to browse and transact business 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
To open a new Corporate
Account, please download a copy of our Credit
Application & Agreement to set up a Company Charge
Account.
To enable your
company to use our Web Order Entry program, established customers may
either:
a) fill
out and e-mail our Web OE Sign Up form,
or
b) call our Customer Service Department at 812.424.8268 or 800.755.5458
to register those individuals within your company to be approved to
purchase. Each will receive User ID's and Passwords.
PRICING
Please contact your Account Representative or call Customer Service
for quotations on volume purchases. Quotations are good for 60 days
unless otherwise noted.
CREDIT TERMS
For Corporate Charge Accounts our terms are Net 30 Days (payment due
30 days from the invoice date). Accounts with open invoices over 60
days old will be put on "Credit Hold" until all past due amounts are
paid.
Before making the
first delivery to new accounts, we must have a completed credit application
on file that has been approved by our credit manager. Normally, credit
approval takes 1 or 2 days. For tax exempt status, we must have an original
tax exempt certificate with legible signature.
MERCHANDISE RETURN
All of our products are sold with your guaranteed satisfaction. If the
reason for the return is the fault of Pro-Tex-All or the manufacturer,
we will promptly correct the error. In
other situations, we reserve the right to reasonable restocking and
handling charges.
All returned goods
must be current models and in salable condition. Return requests must
be made within 30 days of receipt from Pro-Tex-All. Customer is responsible
for return freight, but Pro-Tex-All will attempt to provide courtesy
pickup of returned goods in our normal truck delivery area.
NON-STOCK & SPECIAL ORDER
ITEMS
Non-stock or special order items are not returnable. Once orders for
these items have been shipped by the manufacturer, they are not cancelable.
Be certain of your selections before placing orders for these items.
BACKORDERS
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will attempt to substitute
a product of equal or greater quality. If a substitute isn't available,
the backordered item will be shipped automatically when available. If
you desire no substitutes or backorders, we'll be happy to note your
wishes in the computer.
MINIMUM ORDER
Order charges will be based upon a two tier level of sales per order. Orders under $ 100 wil be assessed a $ 5.95 fee. Orders between that are between $ 100 and $ 200 will be assessed a $ 3.95 fee.
FREIGHT
Orders will be delivered freight free within our normal delivery area
on our normal delivery schedule. Freight charges will be added to your
invoice for locations outside of our delivery area and for rush orders
shipped UPS/RPS or common carrier.
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING
U.S. Department of Transportation shipping regulations require us to
ship many of our products in case lots only.
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS
MSDS are attached to the Delivery Slip the first time the product is
ordered. When an MSDS is updated, you'll receive a new copy the next
time the product is purchased. Our MSDS conform to the requirements
of both the State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration's
Hazard Communication Standard.
REPAIR SERVICE & PROGRAMMED
MAINTENANCE
Our factory trained and certified service department is available to
repair all types of cleaning machines. Contact our Customer Service
Desk to schedule a service call. To prevent potential problems before
the equipment is inoperative and the operator is faced with down time,
we provide regular Programmed Maintenance Service. Our technician travels
to your location, evaluates the equipment and develops a long-term maintenance
plan. This service includes inspection, repair and training of the operators. |
